If you subscribe to Premium:

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe
• We store only your Stripe customer ID

3. AI Analysis and Image Processing

3.1 How It Works

• Pet dental images are sent to our AI system for analysis
• Analysis is performed using Claude AI by Anthropic
• Images are processed in real-time and results are stored

3.2 Third-Party AI Services

To provide our dental health analysis service, we utilize third-party AI providers:

• Image Analysis: Pet dental images are sent to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT) solely for the purpose of analyzing dental health
• Temporary Processing: These AI providers process images in real-time and do not store or retain your pet's images after analysis is complete
• Data Minimization: Only the specific image data necessary for analysis is transmitted to these services
• Results Storage: Analysis results (scores, detected issues, recommendations) are stored in our secure database (Supabase) and associated with your account
• No Training Use: Your pet's images are not used by us or third-party AI providers to train or improve AI models

3.3 Image Retention

• Scan images are stored securely in Supabase Storage
• Images are associated with your account and pet profile
• You can delete images and scans at any time through the app
• Deleted images are permanently removed from our storage within 30 days

3.4 AI Training

• We DO NOT use your pet's images to train AI models
• All processing is for your individual analysis only

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic Claude (AI analysis), OpenAI (AI analysis)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or legal process
• Business Transfers: In connection with merger or acquisition

We DO NOT:

• Sell your personal data
• Share data with advertisers
• Use data for purposes other than stated
